Product description
Raise3D Pro3 is the latest member of the Raise3D Pro series, it comes with some enhancements specifically designed to meet the needs of end-use parts, tooling, spare parts or small batch production. Like the Pro2 models, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printer includes a dual extruder and a build volume of 300 x 300 x 300mm. The Raise3D Pro 3 is an evolution of the Pro2 3D printer and features improved ease of use, significantly higher overall system effectiveness, and industrial-grade print repeatability.
With the Pro3, you have the ability to process a wide range of materials. It is possible to print any market filament with a processing temperature of 300°C. These include PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Metal Fill and Wood Fill. Raise3D is an open filament system, you can use both the original Raise3D filament and third-party materials without any problems.
With the accompanying professional software solutions from Raise3D, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printers can be easily integrated into any production environment. The 3D printing software system includes the ideaMaker Slicer, the ideaMaker Libary for numerous templates and the Raise3D Cloud as print management software.

Interchangeable hotends
The independent, modular dual extruders allow the Pro3 to process a variety of different filaments. At the same time, clogging can be significantly reduced as components can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who frequently need to switch from non-abrasive to abrasive materials that require different nozzle types. The hotends feature a click-and-lock mechanism that requires no tools, and each nozzle is uniquely registered to track and record usage time.
Air-Flow Manager
On the back of the Raise3D Pro3 is the Air-Flow Manager, this improves heat dissipation and air circulation. This leads to a stable temperature inside the pressure chamber. The stable temperature improves the repeatability and quality of the printed products. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.
Automatic print bed calibration
While the Pro2 3D printers are equipped with manual calibration, the Pro3 series is equipped withe fully automatic print bed calibration . Auto bed leveling is an important tool for those who use the 3D printer for production purposes and want to ensure consistent quality of printed parts. Auto Bed Leveling minimizes the time required for calibration and increases productivity.
EVE Intelligent Assistant
EVE is an intelligent assistant system integrated into the Raise3D Pro3. Similar to what is common in 2D printing, the EVE assistant can assist the user with problems. The system locates them and helps to fix them. The EVE Assistant has a feature that analyzes printer usage and sends users reminders for certain interventions. This ensures that printer maintenance is performed in a timely manner.

Dual Extruder - Elektronisch angetriebenes Wechselsystem

Durable and abrasion resistant nozzles
The new silicon carbide nozzles feature good wear resistance and thermal conductivity. This allows abrasion to be significantly reduced, which is extremely important when printing with carbon fiber composite filament.

Dual Direct Drive Extrusion System
The extruder's gears are made of high-strength steel and have been heat-treated for even better wear resistance.
With a custom tooth profile, the filament is held firmly in the correct position, ensuring that it does not slip during extrusion. The clamping force of the conveying system has been increased to ensure the stability of the print.
Compatible with a wide range of carbon fiber filament
A variety of carbon fiber filaments can be processed on the Raise3D E2 CF, including PA+CF, PET+CF and PPS+CF. For optimal printing, Raise3D also offers a special breakaway support filament in addition to the carbon filaments. This means that even objects with complex geometries can be produced without any problems.
Filament Drying Box
The Raise3D E2 CF comes with specially attached filament drying boxes, these are used to place the filament correctly and feed the material more evenly. When the boxes are closed, they can effectively protect the material from dust and moisture for up to 30 days*.

Automatic interruption of the printing process
Another safety feature of the E2CF is that it automatically detects when a door is opened, in which case it immediately stops printing.
Power loss recovery
It is annoying when the filament runs out or the power supply is interrupted during a printing process. This can lead to the loss of a print job. For this reason, the Raise3D E2CF has a filament run-out sensor on both extruders. Should any of the above occur, they will issue a warning and the current print job will be saved. In addition, it has a power failure function that saves the print status in the event of a power failure and can resume printing at the same point when power is restored.

Explanation of Multi-Material Management & Automated Workflows
Each of the material pods contains its own motor that transports the filament from the pod to pallet X and on to the print head. Unlike the Palette devices, Palette X does not splice the materials. The reason for this is that when using multiple combinations of different material types, splicing becomes less reliable. Together with Palette X, Element has full control over material management and can therefore dispense with splicing.
This results in higher print quality and less wasted material.Element is also linked to CANVAS. This means that creating, editing, organizing and cutting your multi-material models and sending them to the printer is extremely easy. The entire process is completed in a matter of minutes.

How do you differentiate the Element and Element HT 3D printers?
From a design standpoint, the Element and Element HT 3D printers from Mosaic are almost identical. The only differences are that the Element HT has a heated print chamber (up to 80°C) and an elevated nozzle temperature of up to 500°C. Independent dual extruder
Unlike conventional dual extruders, the second IDEX extruder is not located in the print area of the model, so the filament does not drip and therefore does not affect the quality of the model. Ideally, this system is also suitable for duplex 3D printing and to produce two components in parallel.
Wide range of materials
Creator 4 is compatible with various filaments with a maximum temperature of 360℃.
Creator 4 series is suitable for Flashforge Supreme filaments. This series was developed in collaboration with the German company LEHVOSS. They are characterized by reduced shrinkage during printing and lower warpage. It meets the strength and temperature resistance required by technical mechanics. The filaments are certified by the German LEHVOSS laboratory. Furthermore, third party filaments can of course be used.
Heated pressure chamber for warp-free printing
The advanced thermal control technology can preheat and also maintain the temperature before and after printing. The thermal control system maintains a constant chamber temperature of up to 65 °C, reducing thermal contraction of the model during printing. It avoids warpage and cracking of ABS/PC/PA and other technical filaments and guarantees high quality and dimensional stability of the model.
Innovative control
Using USB or WIFI, data can be transferred directly from the PC to the printer. With the clear 7 inch touch screen you have the complete printing and maintenance process under control.
