DFAB technology was developed by DWS Systems with the primary goal of reducing the time and steps involved in the fabrication of crowns and bridges and restorations, and making their control easy and affordable even for users without in-depth, specific expertise.
DFAB Chairside is aimed at dentists who have an intraoral scanner and CAD software, work with minimally invasive techniques and perform at least 30 restorations per year. DFAB Chairside can fabricate single and implant-supported crowns, bridges, inlays and definitive translucent hybrid ceramic veneers in just a few simple steps with little time required.

Nauta Photoshade software
Photoshade is a system that, in the DFAB technology, allows the specific reproduction of the color of the patient's teeth in terms of pigmentation and color.in terms of pigmentation and shade. In this way, the prosthesis acquires a realistic aesthetic appearance.
The user simply selects the desired shade gradient according to the choice of shade codes, e.g. A1 to A3.5, as well as the exactposition and width of the transitions. This process makes the DFAB method unique. This process takes place directly on the 3D printer's touch screen.
Thanks to the unique software, the user designs the restoration in real time, sends the file to thethe printer and obtains a realistic result in less than 20 minutes using TSLA (Tilting Stereolithography) technology.This technology, protected by more than 120 patents, creates a continuous flow of material and allows the use of highly viscous materials such as ceramics.
