Produktbeschreibung
Der Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D Drucker ist die perfekte Schnittstelle zwischen Desktop und industriellen 3D-Drucker. Er ist mit einem großen Bauraum (305x305x605 mm) und einer intelligenten und einfach zu bedienbaren Steuerung ausgestattet. Zusätzlich ist der RAISE3D Pro2 PLUS 3D Drucker mit einer beheizten Druckplatte, einem geschlossenem Bauraum und einem Dual-Extruder der bis zu 300°C erhitzbar ist, ausgestattet.
Mit Hilfe des Dual-Extruder Systems können Sie mehrfarbige, sowie Objekte mit komplexen Geometrien ganz leicht fertigen.
Mit einer minimalen Schichthöhe von 0,01mm können auch sehr filigrane Strukturen und sehr glatte Oberflächen gedruckt werden

Raise3D Pro3 is the latest member of the Raise3D Pro series, it comes with some enhancements specifically designed to meet the needs of end-use parts, tooling, spare parts or small batch production. Like the Pro2 models, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printer includes a dual extruder and a build volume of 300 x 300 x 300mm. The Raise3D Pro 3 is an evolution of the Pro2 3D printer and features improved ease of use, significantly higher overall system effectiveness, and industrial-grade print repeatability.
With the Pro3, you have the ability to process a wide range of materials. It is possible to print any market filament with a processing temperature of 300°C. These include PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Metal Fill and Wood Fill. Interchangeable hotends
The independent, modular dual extruders allow the Pro3 to process a variety of different filaments. At the same time, clogging can be significantly reduced as components can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who frequently need to switch from non-abrasive to abrasive materials that require different nozzle types. Air-Flow Manager
On the back of the Raise3D Pro3 is the Air-Flow Manager, this improves heat dissipation and air circulation. This leads to a stable temperature inside the pressure chamber. The stable temperature improves the repeatability and quality of the printed products. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.
Automatic print bed calibration
While the Pro2 3D printers are equipped with manual calibration, the Pro3 series is equipped withe fully automatic print bed calibration . EVE Intelligent Assistant
EVE is an intelligent assistant system integrated into the Raise3D Pro3. Similar to what is common in 2D printing, the EVE assistant can assist the user with problems. The structure of the Raise3D E2 CF
Raise3D's E2 CF 3D printer is durable, versatile, user-friendly, and provides a stable and accurate process.
Durable and abrasion resistant nozzles
The new silicon carbide nozzles feature good wear resistance and thermal conductivity. This allows abrasion to be significantly reduced, which is extremely important when printing with carbon fiber composite filament.

Dual Direct Drive Extrusion System
The extruder's gears are made of high-strength steel and have been heat-treated for even better wear resistance.
With a custom tooth profile, the filament is held firmly in the correct position, ensuring that it does not slip during extrusion. The clamping force of the conveying system has been increased to ensure the stability of the print.
Compatible with a wide range of carbon fiber filament.
A variety of carbon fiber filaments can be processed on the Raise3D E2 CF, including PA+CF, PET+CF and PPS+CF. For optimal printing, Raise3D also offers a special breakaway support filament in addition to the carbon filaments. This means that even objects with complex geometries can be produced without any problems.
Filament Drying Box
The Raise3D E2 CF comes with specially attached filament drying boxes, these are used to place the filament correctly and feed the material more evenly. When the boxes are closed, they can effectively protect the material from dust and moisture for up to 30 days*.

Automatic interruption of the printing process
Another safety feature of the E2CF is that it automatically detects when a door is opened, in which case it immediately stops printing.
Power loss recovery
It is annoying when the filament runs out or the power supply is interrupted during a printing process. This can lead to the loss of a print job. For this reason, the Raise3D E2CF has a filament run-out sensor on both extruders. Should any of the above occur, they will issue a warning and the current print job will be saved. In addition, it has a power failure function that saves the print status in the event of a power failure and can resume printing at the same point when power is restored.

Structure of the Raise3D E2
Dual extruder with IDEX technology
Raise3D E2 is equipped with two independent extruders, this is called IDEX technology. Thanks to this variant, you can significantly increase your productivity. The IDEX system offers you two different printing modes:
Duplex printing
With this technology, you can produce two identical objects at the same time, which means each extruder finishes one part.
Mirror printing
This technology is shown in the picture above, here you can produce the part and a symmetrical copy of it at the same time. This technology is particularly suitable for use in the footwear industry.
Wide range of materials
Thanks to its heated print platform and completely enclosed print chamber with integrated filter, you can process a wide range of filaments with the E2. Below you will find an overview of the compatible materials:

Improved printing platform
An easily removable, flexible and at the same time robust printing platform is built in. It is fixed in the print area by means of magnets, which guarantees easy handling. The silicone surface of the print bed reduces adhesion and deformation problems, especially during the first layers.
Automatic calibration system
To achieve smooth and high-quality 3D printing, precise calibration is one of the most important factors. The Raise3D E2 performs calibration completely automatically using a novel video assist system.
Safe to use in any environment
The E2 is a robust and completely enclosed 3D printer. On the one hand, this brings the advantage of a constant temperature in the build space during the printing process, and on the other hand, it also increases safety during the printing process. The E2 is equipped with two doors, one in the lid, the other in the front, so you always have a good view of what is happening in the print room during the printing process.
The doors are equipped with several sensors, if one of the doors is opened during a printing process, the 3D printer automatically goes into a pause mode.
Integrated filter system
Another important aspect of safety is the built-in filter system on the back of the 3D printer, this low-noise system absorbs 91% of the particles produced during the printing process.
Integrated filament sensor
In order to be able to perform longer printing processes without failures, a filament sensor is indispensable. During printing, it checks the availability of the filament. If it runs out, it pauses automatically and waits for an operator to intervene.
Connectivity and monitoring
When it comes to connectivity, you have several options. Both a WLAN and an Ethernet interface are available to you here. In addition, the 3D printer can also be controlled autonomously via USB. Like the Pro2 series, the E2 is also equipped with an integrated camera, so you always have your printing process in view.

Aufbau des Raise3D E2
Dual-Extruder mit IDEX Technologie
Der Raise3D E2 ist mit zwei unabhängigen Extrudern ausgestattet, hier spricht man von der sogenannten IDEX-Technologie. Dank dieser Variante, können Sie Ihre Produktivität deutlich steigern. Das IDEX-System bietet Ihnen zwei verschiedenen Druckmodi:
Duplex-Druck
Bei dieser Technologie können Sie zwei gleiche Objekte zur selben Zeit fertigen, das bedeutet jeder Extruder fertig ein Bauteil.
Spiegel-Druck
Diese Technik wird ihnen oben in dem Bild dargestellt, hier können Sie das Bauteil und eine symmetrische Kopie davon zur selben Zeit fertigen. Diese Technologie eignet sich besonders gut für den Einsatz in der Schuhindustrie.

Verbesserte Druckplattform
In dem Raise3D E2 3D-Drucker ist eine leicht abnehmbare, flexible und gleichzeitig robuste Druckplattform verbaut. Befestigt ist diese im Druckraum mittels Magneten, somit ist eine einfach Handhabung garantiert. Die Silikonoberfläche des Druckbettes reduziert Haftungs- und Verformungsprobleme, besonders bei den ersten Schichten.
Automatisches Kalibrierungssystem
Um einen reibungslosen und hochwertigen 3D-Druck erzielen zu können, ist die präzise Kalibrierung einer der wichtigsten Faktoren. Der Raise3D E2 führt die Kalibrierung komplett automatisch durch und nutzt hierbei ein neuartiges Video-Assistens-System.
Sicherer Einsatz in jedem Umfeld
Der E2 ist ein robuster und komplett geschlossener 3D-Drucker. Dies bringt zum einen den Vorteil einer konstanten Temperatur im Bauraum während des Druckvorgangs, zum anderen erhöht es ebenfalls die Sicherheit während des Druckprozesses. Der E2 ist mit zwei Türen ausgestattet, eine ist im Deckel verbaucht, die andere an der Front, somit haben Sie während des Druckvorgangs immer einen guten Blick auf das Geschehen im Druckraum.
Die Türen sind mit mehren Sensoren versehen, sollte eine der Türen während eines Druckvorgangs geöffnet werden, fährt der 3D-Drucker automatisch in einen Pausierungsmodus.
Integrierters Filtersystem
Ein weiterer wichtiger Aspekt zur Thema Sicherheit ist das verbaute Filtersystem auf der Rückseite des 3D-Drucker, dieses geräuscharme System, absorbiert 91% der bei beim Druckvorgang entstehenden Partikel.
Integrierter Filamentsensor

Der Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D Drucker ist die perfekte Schnittstelle zwischen Desktop und industriellen 3D-Drucker. Er ist mit einem großen Bauraum (305x305x605 mm) und einer intelligenten und einfach zu bedienbaren Steuerung ausgestattet.
