Anwender können mit dem Intamsys FUNMAT HT Enhanced 50-Mikrometer hochauflösende industrielle Prototypen, Funktionsmuster und Kleinserien erstellen.
Das fortschrittliche thermische Systemdesign dieses 3D-Druckers umfasst eine Druckkammer mit einer konstanten Temperatur von 90°C, eine auf 160 °C beheizte Bauplatte und einen 450 °C Hochtemperatur-Extruder mit Vollmetall-Hotend. Die Druckfläche des FUNMAT HT beträgt 260 x 260 x 260 mm.

Der Magigoo Pro HT Klebestift, wurde speziell für den professionellen Einsatz mit Hochtemperatur Filamenten wie PEEK oder Ultem entwickelt. Besonders bei Filament das eine Verarbeitungstemperatur von 350 °C oder höher hat, ist Wraping (das unerwünschte lösen des Bauteils von der Druckplatte während des Druckvorgangs) ein gängiges Problem.
Durch die Verwendung des Magigoo Pro HT Haftungskleber, schaffen Sie die optimalen Haftungsbedingungen für Ihre Druckaufträge mit Hochleistungs-Kunststoffen wie PEEK oder auch Ultem.
Wie ist der Magigoo Klebestift zu verwenden?
Im folgenden Bild, wird die optimale Verwendung nochmals detailliert gezeigt. Der Pro HT Klebestift, kann bis zu einer Druckbetttemperatur von 150 °C eingesetzt werden.

Creator 4 A HT is a multifunctional, flexible and powerful FDM 3D printer
The Flashforge Creator 4 adapts to your needs. Three different print heads can be used, so a wide variety of printing needs can be met. Each print head can process different materials, you can find a detailed listing below. Our offer is for the Creator 4A HT, the other two printheads/extruders F and HS will then be available from Q2/2022.
Large print volume
With a print volume of 400 x 350 x 500 mm, you can cover a wide range of parts to be produced.
Independent dual extruder
Unlike conventional dual extruders, the second IDEX extruder is not located in the print area of the model, so the filament does not drip and therefore does not affect the quality of the model. Ideally, this system is also suitable for duplex 3D printing and to produce two components in parallel.
Wide range of materials
Creator 4 is compatible with various filaments with a maximum temperature of 360℃.
Creator 4 series is suitable for Flashforge Supreme filaments. This series was developed in collaboration with the German company LEHVOSS. They are characterized by reduced shrinkage during printing and lower warpage. It meets the strength and temperature resistance required by technical mechanics. The filaments are certified by the German LEHVOSS laboratory. Furthermore, third party filaments can of course be used.
Heated pressure chamber for warp-free printing
The advanced thermal control technology can preheat and also maintain the temperature before and after printing. The thermal control system maintains a constant chamber temperature of up to 65 °C, reducing thermal contraction of the model during printing. It avoids warpage and cracking of ABS/PC/PA and other technical filaments and guarantees high quality and dimensional stability of the model.
Innovative control
Using USB or WIFI, data can be transferred directly from the PC to the printer. With the clear 7 inch touch screen you have the complete printing and maintenance process under control.
Printing plate
The Creator 4 is equipped with a flexible and magnetic printing plate. This makes it easy to detach the print objects from the printing plate. The print bed can be heated up to 120°C.

Completely enclosed & heated print chamber
The F430 3D printer is completely enclosed, preventing printed layers from cooling too quickly and ensuring perfect interlayer adhesion. Combined with the heated print chamber of up to 70°C, this prevents warpage and deformation of the printed parts.
Automatic print bed calibration
The intelligent print bed calibration via BL-Touch sensor uses 25 measuring points to achieve the ideal print bed leveling.
Air filter system
The air filter system absorbs impurities and gases generated by printing individual filaments. This also makes the CreatBot F430 ideal for use in offices, homes and classrooms.
Dual extruder up to 420°C
The F430 is equipped with two extruders and the unique 420°C hotend. The left 260°C hotend can print with materials such as PLA, ABS, PC, PA, carbon fiber, flexible and more. The right 420°C hotend is made of martensite steel and can print high-performance materials such as PEEK, ULTEM and other high-performance plastics. The hotends can be easily interchanged for even more options.
Outage Restored & Filament Detection
Should a power failure occur, the 3D printer automatically remembers the current position and saves the print data.When the printer is turned back on, printing resumes at the last stopped location. In addition, it prevents unnecessary incorrect printing by stopping the printing process and warning when the filament runs out.
Touchscreen control
