Polymaker PA12-CF is a PA12 (Nylon 12) filament reinforced with carbon fibers. Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product exhibits excellent mechanical and thermal properties even after moisture conditioning. Combined with the ease of processing provided by Warp-Free™️ technology, this product is ideal for manufacturing tooling.
PrintDry Filament Dryer Pro
With the Filament Dryer Pro from PrintDry, you can dry your filament setting specifically. Through the control unit, you can set the temperature (35-75°C) and drying time (up to 48 hours) depending on your requirements. There is room for two rolls of filament in the Filament Dryer Pro. Drying of large 2-5 kg spools is now also possible (the Large Spool Kit is required for this).

Der Raise3D Pro2 Plus 3D Drucker ist die perfekte Schnittstelle zwischen Desktop und industriellen 3D-Drucker. Dual Extruder - Elektronisch angetriebenes Wechselsystem
Mit dem neuen Dual-Extruder-Systems von Raise 3D ist es nun noch leichter Stützstrukturen zu drucken. Je nach Einsatz des Materials wechselt der 3D-Drucker automatisch die Extruder und ermöglicht es so nur dedizierte Stützmaterial und Modell-Filament aufzutragen.
Touchscreen
Der Raise3D Pro 2 Plus ist mit einem großen 7-Zoll Voll-Farb-Touchscreen ausgestattet. Hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit während des kompletten Druckprozesses Einstellungen wie Temperatur und Flussraten einzustellen und gleichzeitig liefertt es wichtige Informationen wie bereits gedruckte Schichten oder die noch zu druckende Zeit.

Neuer Extruder mit Filamentfluss-Sensor
Ein weitere Neuerung im Vergleich zur Vorgänger-Serie ist der verbaute Filament-Sensor, dieser erkennt und reagiert, sobald das Filament ausgeht oder im Fehlerfall reisen sollte. In einem Fehlerfall, fährt der 3D-Drucker in einem "Pausierungsmodus" und wartet auf das Eingreifen des Besitzers, nach dem Filamentwechsel kann der Druckprozess ohne Verlust bequem fortgesetzt werden.
Unterschied Raise3D Pro2 und Pro2 Plus
Beide Modelle sind bezogen auf die Ausstattung komplett identisch. Der einzige Unterschied ist das Druckvolumen. Beim Pro3 liegt dies bei 300 x 300 x 305 mm und bei der Plus-Variante bei 300 x 300 x 605 mm.

Like the Pro2 models, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printer includes a dual extruder and a build volume of 300 x 300 x 605mm. The Raise3D Pro3 Plus is an evolution of the Pro2 Plus 3D printer and features improved ease of use, significantly higher overall system effectiveness, and industrial-grade print repeatability.
With the Pro3 Plus, you have the ability to process a wide range of materials. It is possible to print any market filament with a processing temperature of 300°C. These include PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Metal Fill and Wood Fill. Raise3D is an open filament system, you can use both the original Raise3D filament and third-party materials without any problems.
With the accompanying professional software solutions from Raise3D, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printers can be easily integrated into any production environment. The 3D printing software system includes the ideaMaker Slicer, the ideaMaker Libary for numerous templates and the Raise3D Cloud as print management software.

Main features of the Raise3D Pro2 Plus
Interchangeable Hotends
With independent, modular dual extruders, the Pro3 Plus can handle a variety of different filamenten. At the same time, clogging can be significantly reduced as components can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who frequently need to switch from non-abrasive to abrasive materials that require different nozzle types. The hotends feature a click-and-lock mechanism that requires no tools, and each nozzle is uniquely registered to track and record usage time.
Air-Flow Manager
On the back of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus is the Air-Flow Manager, this improves heat dissipation and air circulation. This results in a stable temperature inside the pressure chamber. The stable temperature improves the repeatability and quality of the printed products. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.
Automatic print bed calibration
While the Pro2 3D printers are equipped with manual calibration, the Pro3 series is equipped withe fully automatic print bed calibration .
