Improper operation, preparation and storage of the printed material can lead to printing defects, as well as significantly affect the mechanical properties and parameters of the printed parts.
Process control and traceability of part prints
Each 3DGence material coil is equipped with the NFC tag. Thus, the MMS system automatically detects which filament it is and transfers the data to the cloud and to the MMS system. Here there is an insight to the acute weight, moisture and recommended drying.
Drying and preparation of the material
Minimize the risk of errors or production downtime by using an appropriate material. Use the material management system to select a certified 3DGence material. The MMS system shows you how to handle the material, then automatically starts the drying and storage program. Each material is dried and stored according to the requirements specified for that class of material.
Annealing (tempering) of printed parts
Perform heat treatment of objects printed from PAEK or PEEK. With the MMS system, you can achieve high-performance parts printed from PAEK that are even more durable. Use the program for annealing the parts implemented in the MMS system. To achieve the highest quality semi-crystalline ultra-polymer parts, the specially developed PAEK and PEEK annealing processes were used.
