HTX hotside kits enable Revo users to enhance their printing improve their printing systems and work reliably with high-performance materials such as PEEK or PEI at elevated temperatures.

There are three different options for the HTX hotside kits:

  1. Standalone Revo Hotside Kit:
  • 1 x HT block
  • 1 x PT100 or PT1000 sensor
  • 1 x High-precision (HT) or high-temperature heating cartridge (UHT)
  • 1 x Revo spring
Single Nozzle set:
  • 1 x HT block
  • 1 x PT100 or PT1000 sensor
  • 1 x High-precision (HT) or high-temperature heating cartridge (UHT)
  • 1 x Revo spring
  • 1 x Revo HTX 0.4mm nozzle
Fully assembled assembled kit:
  • 1 x HT block
  • 1 x PT100 or PT1000 sensor
  • 1 x High-precision (HT) or high-temperature heating cartridge (UHT)
  • 1 x Revo spring
  • 1 x Revo HTX 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm and 0.8mm nozzles

Revo HTX Hotsides: The HTX nozzles offer high temperature temperature and abrasion resistance. With a hardened steel tip and a copper a copper expanding segment for optimum heat transfer, they are coated with coated with chromium nitride to ensure abrasion resistance up to 500°C.

Please note:

  • Revo™ nozzles are not compatible with V6 heating blocks.
  • If your printer does not have a PT100 sensor, an amplifier board is is required for the PT100 hotside variant.
  • When changing nozzles, it may be necessary to adjust the Z offset.
  • The The use of abrasives with 0.25 mm nozzles is not recommended in order to avoid avoid clogging due to larger particle sizes, especially with fibers.
