Jedes Paket für die großformatigen medizinischen 3D-Drucker des Typs Form 3BL enthält die essentiellen Werkzeuge, die Ihnen einen sofortigen Start in den Druckprozess ermöglichen.
Der Form 3BL eignet sich hervorragend für das Herstellen von lebensgroßen Anatomiemodellen, großen Medizinprodukten und Prototypen. Dabei arbeitet er unter minimaler Überwachung rund um die Uhr.
Unsere Technologie wurde in verschiedenen von der FDA zugelassenen Arbeitsabläufen validiert. Wir entwickeln und produzieren unsere eigenen biokompatiblen Materialien in einer nach ISO 13485 zertifizierten Einrichtung, die bei der amerikanischen FDA registriert ist. Die gedruckten Teile können mittels Dampf, E-Beam, Gammastrahlung sowie Ethylenoxid sterilisiert werden.
Hochwertige Drucke mit gesteigerter Druckgeschwindigkeit:
Der Form 3BL nutzt das LFS-Verfahren (Low Force Stereolithography), eine Weiterentwicklung des bewährten SLA-Verfahrens. Mithilfe dieser Technologie ist Formlabs in der Lage, detailreiche Modelle in kürzerer Zeit mit hoher Präzision zu drucken. Das verbesserte optische System steigert die Genauigkeit des Lasers, was die Produktion komplexer Bauteile im Rahmen von iterativen Fertigungsprozessen ermöglicht. Zudem wurde der Nachbearbeitungsprozess erheblich optimiert, insbesondere die Entfernung von Stützstrukturen von den glatten Oberflächen gestaltet sich nun problemlos.
Kontinuierlicher Druckbetrieb:
Integrierte Sensoren sorgen für eine zuverlässige Druckerfahrung und ideale Bedingungen, auch bei großen und zeitaufwändigen Druckprojekten. Der gesamte Prozess des Form 3BL wird kontinuierlich überwacht. Das neue Kartuschensystem wurde stark vereinfacht, um Materialwechsel in Sekundenschnelle zu ermöglichen. Zudem maximieren vom Benutzer austauschbare Komponenten und ein benutzerfreundliches Design die Betriebszeit des Form 3BL.
Flexibilität mit dem Form 3BL:
Der Formlabs Form 3BL ermöglicht es, flexibel auf die individuellen Kundenanforderungen zu reagieren. Mithilfe der Remote-Print-Funktion können Druckaufträge von überall gestartet werden, sobald eine Druckdatei vorliegt. Dies erleichtert vor allem die Teamarbeit und vereinfacht den Workflow. Die Druckaufträge können über PreForm und das Dashboard verwaltet und überwacht werden. Zudem ist die individuelle Nutzung nachverfolgbar. Die Druckwarteschlangen können anpassbar sein, um Prioritäten zu setzen.
Unterschied zwischen Formlabs Form 3L und Formlabs Form 3BL
Der Formlabs Form 3BL kann die biokompatiblen Kunstharze von Formlabs verarbeiten. Der US-amerikanische Hersteller bietet ein breites Portfolio für die Dentalbranche und andere medizinische Anwendungen. Mit dem Form 3BL können unter anderem chirurgische Schablonen, Schienen und individuelle Funktionslöffel hergestellt werden. Der große Bauraum und die zwei Lasereinheiten ermöglichen schnelle Produktion und ein hohes Druckvolumen. Die notwendigen Druckprofile für diese Materialien sind ausschließlich für den Form 3BL verfügbar, nicht für den Form 3L.
