BASF Ultrafuse Support Layer Filament - Support material for Ultrafuse metal filaments
The BASF Ultrafuse® Support Layer Filament was designed to be used in combination with Ultrafuse® metal filaments. It acts as a support material for the object and forms a barrier during the sintering sintering to allow easy decoupling from the part. The Ultrafuse® Support Layer Filament is not suitable for the independent production of components.
The advantages of the Ultrafuse® Support Layer at a glance:
The Ultrafuse® Support Layer has been specially developed for FFF printing with Ultrafuse® 316L and 17-4PH filaments and prevents the support the support from sintering to the printed part. Printable on any metal FFF printer*. Enables printing of a wider range of designs and complex geometries. and complex geometries. Ensures excellent surface quality of the supported of the supported areas of the part. Minimizes deformation of the printed part during part during debinding and sintering. Simplifies the workflow when preparing preparation of parts for sintering.
For A hardened, coated or ruby red nozzle is recommended for printing.
