Raise3D Pro3 Plus - Intelligent 3D Printer with Dual Extruder

The Raise3D Pro3 Plus is the newest member of the Raise3D Pro series, it comes with several improvements specifically designed to meet the needs of producing end-use parts, tooling, spare parts or short runs. Like the Pro2 models, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printer includes a dual extruder and a build volume of 300 x 300 x 605mm. The Raise3D Pro3 Plus is an evolution of the Pro2 Plus 3D printer and features improved ease of use, significantly higher overall system effectiveness, and industrial-grade print repeatability.

With the Pro3 Plus, you have the ability to process a wide range of materials. It is possible to print any market filament with a processing temperature of 300°C. These include PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, NYLON, PETG, ASA, PP, PVA, Glass Fiber, Carbon Fiber, Metal Fill and Wood Fill. Raise3D is an open filament system, you can use both the original Raise3D filament and third-party materials without any problems.

With the accompanying professional software solutions from Raise3D, the Raise3D Pro3 3D printers can be easily integrated into any production environment. The 3D printing software system includes the ideaMaker Slicer, the ideaMaker Libary for numerous templates and the Raise3D Cloud as print management software.

Main features of the Raise3D Pro2 Plus

Interchangeable Hotends

With independent, modular dual extruders, the Pro3 Plus can handle a variety of different filamenten. At the same time, clogging can be significantly reduced as components can be conveniently disassembled and replaced. The new interchangeable hotend system is ideal for users who frequently need to switch from non-abrasive to abrasive materials that require different nozzle types. The hotends feature a click-and-lock mechanism that requires no tools, and each nozzle is uniquely registered to track and record usage time.

Air-Flow Manager

On the back of the Raise3D Pro3 Plus is the Air-Flow Manager, this improves heat dissipation and air circulation. This results in a stable temperature inside the pressure chamber. The stable temperature improves the repeatability and quality of the printed products. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air inside the chamber.

Automatic print bed calibration

While the Pro2 3D printers are equipped with manual calibration, the Pro3 series is equipped withe fully automatic print bed calibration . Auto bed leveling is an important tool for those who use the 3D printer for production purposes and want to ensure consistent quality of printed parts. Auto Bed Leveling minimizes the time required for calibration and increases productivity.

EVE Smart Assistant

EVE is an intelligent assistant system integrated into the Raise3D Pro3 Plus. Similar to what is common in 2D printing, the EVE assistant can assist the user with problems. The system locates them and helps to fix them. The EVE Assistant has a feature that analyzes printer usage and sends users reminders for certain interventions. This ensures that printer maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
