Direct Annealing System (DAS)
Direct Annealing System (DAS), is the world's first and exceptional technology from CreatBot. The annealing process can be controlled instantly during printing. The system is tuned to deliver the best quality in the shortest time without deformation and cracking of printed parts. (This technology is patent protected and only available from CreatBot).
Closed & heated pressure chamber up to 120°C
The closed and heated pressure chamber up to a maximum of 120°C, ensures warp-free printing without cracking and is also the basis for the annealing system.
Triple thermal insulation
Triple thermal insulation consists of double insulation chamber with advanced insulation materials and double vacuum PC plates. Thus, it guarantees the highest performance and safety.

HEPA air filtration system

The water cooling system is one of the most important components of the entire thermal system. It consists of the following two components:
(1) Liquid cooling. The circulating liquid can be used effectively for a long time.
(2) Air pump cooling. The air pump supplies cold air from outside instead of the hot air in the comb
Intelligent self-calibrating dual-extruder printhead up to 500°C.
The new dual extruder printhead is equipped with water cooling, DAS system, and auto rising function. The temperature of the dual nozzle is up to 500°C. You can print all 3D printer materials available on the market.

Heated print bed up to 200°C
The heated printing bed up to 200°C is essential for the warp-free printing of large objects.
A precision of 0.04 mm is a standard resolution for normal plastics, but an exceptional resolution for materials that warp and deform heavily. 3D printing high-performance materials requires not only high temperature, but also optimized cooling. At high resolution with many small details, the layers will be destroyed by the high temperature if heat and cooling are not in balance.
